
Mel O’Dea
Mel O’Dea is an artist, writer and poet who has exhibited in London and Ireland. An advocate for human rights, she campaigned for the Anti-Apartheid Movement during her student days at Durham University in the late 1980s. With an eclectic education spanning both arts and sciences, her initial career was in microelectronics. Mel now lives in Mallow, Co Cork, Ireland, with her small black and white companion, Rainbow Dog.
