Prices include VAT where applicable and exclude delivery charges, which are displayed at checkout.
Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering. Payments are processed securely via third-party payment providers. We do not store full payment card details.
- Orders and Contract Formation
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase goods.
A contract is formed only when we accept your order and send you an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order, including where:
- A product is out of stock
- There is a pricing or listing error
- We suspect fraudulent activity
If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, a full refund will be issued.
- Delivery
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on location, fulfilment method, or external factors.
We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services, couriers, or events beyond our reasonable control.
Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery.
